Right here in Oromocto is the Province’s Military History Museum. It has a range of exhibits that will interest kids and adults. Open 0800-1600 hr Mon-Fri. Cost is $2/person, $5/family, and FREE for veterans and current service members.

Close by in Fredericton is the NB Sports Hall of Fame. Learn about the Province’s amazing athletes and sports supporters, test your balance with a laser light balance board, use an interactive virtual sports system, and challenge friends on an extra-large trivia game! There is never a dull moment at Science East, the local area’s science adventure centre. Play with more than 150 hands-on science exhibits for a one-of-a-kind experience, discover and explore the only science playground in Atlantic Canada, featuring a climbing wall and human gyroscope, as well as learn at the museum’s extensive camp programs that run through the summer and March Break, plus other workshops and special events for all the family.

From the American Revolution to the turn of the 20th Century, Kings Landing takes aim at how history is told and pushes the boundaries of open air museums. This 300 acre museum offers over 40 exhibits, horseback riding, theatre, workshops, as well as a fully 1st person interpreted village where you can step back in time with a community of costumed characters in 70 historic buildings.
